Nice homes buutt,the parking is terrible for family functions it's bad.You barley have room for your vehicles if you have more than two good luck.bad planning.

Inquire about the Homeowners Association (HOA) document packet not their cheat sheet, specifically regarding parking regulations and bylaws. Parking on the street is prohibited over nights so no over night stays with family or friends, and there no overflow parking available. Streets are too narrow. Don't purchase or sign without looking at the HOA documents!
