Inquire about the Homeowners Association (HOA) document packet not their cheat sheet, specifically regarding parking regulations and bylaws. Parking on the street is prohibited over nights so no over night stays with family or friends, and there no overflow parking available. Streets are too narrow. Don't purchase or sign without looking at the HOA documents!
Linda Bohling is simply the best onsite rep. She assisted me as a selling agent with my buyers. She is knowledgeable, and I love the products and incentives they have to offer buyers in the market today.
