Completely disappointed at their customer service! I called (13/05/25 at 10:30 am) the girl did not know the basics but claimed she has been working for 2 years! I wanted a month’s membership but they charge weekly and the cancellation is 30 days notice so effectively the minimum is 35 days (5 weeks)which she didn’t mention and even after a discussion/explanation from me !
