Avoid this place at all costs. They ignore fed/state laws and your civil rights. I’m about to sue them. Was a nightmare bc I was targeted for complaining about legit stuff. Corporate is horrible, cuss you out for questioning. Ohio Civil Rights involved. Doesn’t even deserve one star. Dumpy apts, lucky if they have maintenance available. Abusive.
Rent has went up multi times within a year of my mother living there. They had her sign new papers and told her usda approved of raising the rent , she was giving different amounts , she paid the Feb rent and then they put a notice on her door that she has 4 days to vacate and move because she's over the income limit. Wouldn't they have known this before signing papers , taking her Money for February rent? the apartments are fairly decent. management is a DREAM!! very nice area. everything is within walking distance!! <--(depending on ones health level) Bank? CHECK, Library? CHECK, Pharmacy? CHECK, Gas station/mini mart? CHECK, Grocery store? CHECK, Beautiful parks? CHECK, Small hospital fairly close? CHECK Bluffton Community pool? Friendly and professional management. My mother in law was in her new apartment with in 10 days of applying. I suggest Riley View to anyone looking for a residence for their loved one.
