Owner was diligent, coming by our property examining the tree to let us know the likelihood of it falling, etc. However, I would not hire this service again because: • Not customer friendly. I had asked the owner if he could look at taking down a couple of other smaller trees that were also in danger of falling and he replied that he was too busy and that we were lucky he was able to get over to do this one. • $200 for 15 minutes of work. • Lack of care.
