One of the worst apartments in Santaclara with arrogant leasing staff The apartment leasing staff are arrogant and rude and they dont respond properly to your queries, nor the service is promptly responded. The apartment is pretty old and we had a slab leak for which the response was they didn't care. I am a current resident here and would definitely not recommend this apartment to anyone.
0 stars not one star Very poor. I would say please do not choose this apartment. Management isvery worst and the people who talk are very rude. No respect at all. I will not give one star also for this apartment. It's nearly 2weeks our bathroom right has not been fixed. When we asked about it they were very rude . I will not refer this apartment to anyone.
Huge move out cost, Low quality fittings, rude management.. What pissed me off in writing this review - They charged me a move out bill for $2500. I had to pay to replace their counter top, bath tub resurfacing, replacement of the entire blinds and so on. Now that being the biggest negative comment, here is the pros and cons of living more than a year there. Pros: - Some apartments are really nice. The current apartment management is so poor The recycle bins are always overloaded, and around with flies. long time feedback on maintenance request.
