I absolutely loved my 10 month experience with Dr. Wiese. The nursing staff was awesome and my baby loved it there. I am giving a 1 star review because of the phone call I received today. My daughter is 10 months old and has always been seen by Riley Pediatrics since the day she was born. She had her 10 month appointment schedule for tomorrow and then they called me today to tell me they can’t see her because of her insurance. transferring to another practice as of today, For two years running every time we take my daughter for a sick visit, she's seen by nurse practitioner. It seems like at this practice, pediatricians are too busy doing yearly physicals, that sick kids are only seen by nurses. I don't doubt the capacity of some of the nurses, but the rates on my insurance invoices show up as pediatrician visit. In addition, on two occasions already, after various visits within one week to this practice, my daughter was sent home without treatmen... read more
