In March of 2016, Riley Modern Estates is raising their rent once again to cover their operating costs ! I for one am not happy about the increase, I asked management why we have to pay for operating costs out here and the answers I got from her is that the park has to cover the cost of the fuel they use, and other various things that should not be our problems.
