I came in prepared to buy a car and made that clear to the salesman. He made minimal effort to close the deal and let me walk away. Could have been the easiest sale ever. Guess they don’t need the business. No follow up call. I was a repeat customer and my family has purchased many cars from this dealership. They lost my business Bought my car elsewhere.
This is by far the best dealership on the planet!! From the time I met with my salesman Richie to any service maintenance appointments this dealership knows customer service. Every person they employ has a great attitude and a smile on their face. I was always a BMW girl, but there is absolutely no comparison in every way. I’m a lifer and I refer anyone i possibly could to them! If there were a 10 star rating i would give that:)

Big shoutout to the staff at Riley Mazda! They have turned a loyal Toyota customer into and proud Mazda CX-5 owner with no looking back. RJ, Curtis, and Trevor definitely made the 30 mile drive from Milford worth it. From RJ having my best interests in mind, Curtis giving me a fair value for my trade in, and Trevor reviewing my contract and warranty details, I am thoroughly satisfied and would highly recommend those in market to start with Riley Mazda.

I love RILEY MAZDA! I had gone to another dealership located closer to me before going to Riley Mazda. Why the other dealership could not locate nor order a 2017 Miata for me in forty-four (44) days is beyond me.
