Riley & Marks did an evaluation of our house in Battle Ground Washington. I had a good pulse on the market, so I was completely shocked when our house was evaluated at $245,000. The market was hot, and much less homes were selling for much more. It essentially was the same as the taxed assessed value from a year ago.
