Called ahead to let them know we weren't going to be buying a model from them as they do not supply where we are moving. They were great and said we could come in and check out the model we were curious about. Everyone was very pleasant when we arrived. They let us tour all the models and gave us plenty of information about the different manufacturers. Told us what to expect and gave us information on the upgrades that had been fine to their models. Very pleasant experience overall.
Very unprofessional. Drove two hours for an uninterrupted appointment only to be told they were still assisting their previous appointment still. Waited for over an hour and given false pricing as told in previous conversations. Very confusing pricing with the models, what you're thinking you're receiving in the price you're given is not at all included the package.
