We went to look for a home here and after having several obstacles locating land to place a home in the area we live we requested that our deposit of $2000 be refunded. We were told that it is non - refundable - if we hadn't made the attempts to locate land I could understand but this is just poor customer service. Sydney is not very customer friendly and failed to return my calls on several occasions! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!
