Riley brings a high level of experience to the table, from his former work as a building inspector, to growing up in a real estate family. He knows the markets, has good morale character, and is a great strategist.
Could not have asked for a better agent. Communicative, patient, and 100% on top of every detail. Willing to respectfully "go to bat" for us in negotiations, and it made a difference. He was thorough with contingencies & protected our earnest money through two non-ideal inspections. Made the whole process way less stressful and actually enjoyable (which I didn’t think was possible). Highly recommend!
