Riley was amazing! I had never used a broker for rentals prior to this experience - and didn't know what to expect. Riley was responsive, kind, inquisitive to what I was looking for, and receptive to my feedback. He balanced giving me guidance and also flexing to what I wanted to see to meet my needs.
