Absolutely scammed by these guys. Advertise “top soil” screened at 30mm, what a joke. They rock up and advise there is “small clay pebbles” and it’s not the best top soil. They’re already here so I figured fine I’ll still take it. Pretty much all clay and rock, maybe top of the bed rock but not top soil. Messaged the bloke and he said “rake the big rocks out”. For 11 tonne… pictures show how many rocks in 2.5t of the junk if the scam me what are they going to do on your big jobs?
We got Allan out to prepare our site for a large shed prior to the builder to ensure proper preparation and drainage of the area. Allan reviewed the site and our proposed thoughts for the area and then provided a solution using his experience and expertise.
