Worse customer service I have experienced I have calling them for last 2 week and no one answer or call back. I heard Dr Collin’s is great doc but their stuff is terrible.

The best doctor anyone can ask for so concerned and caring.
I think Dr. Collins is one of the most knowledgeable and empathetic ONGYNs I’ve ever met. I think this practice has terrible customer service about calling you back when you leave a message. Or two. Or three. And use MyChart. The stars are for the business, not the doctor. My number is in my chart and my name is my profile. I am not hard to get ahold of.
