We had a fantastic experience with Richard Wolnik @ Riklin Real Estate. We needed to get my uncle's home on the market quickly due to his declining health. In speaking with our attorney, they presented what they thought was a reasonable asking price. Richard took that price and almost doubled it and we had an offer within a couple of days! The closing process also went very smoothly. Great experience all the way around.

We called Riklin realty and was very impressed. We worked with Rich he was so Charismatic and up front we knew he would be the realtor for us. We definitely didn't make it easy for him but he never gave up and put 120% effort into marketing the house and getting the word out and keeping us informed. He would be my pick if we ever sell another house in his area. Rich got us almost $50 thousand more than the first agent said we could get. He does his job well!

Rich Wolnik (Riklin) was initially my second choice of three selected realtors because I was convinced a larger company with a good record would be best. However, after his appeal on how realtors sell a house with some hype, the listing is a standard process. The difference is that he did not set a “quick sale” price ahead of trying to capture our best interests and was very accessible though the process. Thank you.
