Excellent Food! – I've been going to Rikki Rikki for the last 2 years or so. I started going there before they expanded their restaurant and have always had a pleasant experience. I was happy when they expanded as they've been extremely busy EVERY time I've been there...no matter what time of the day/night. They have great food - I recommend anything on their menu. I used to never eat sushi and this was where I had my first sushi experience. I've eaten sushi at a few other restaurants in the Seattle area and it's never as go... read more
Sushi for the mass market – The restaurant is close to the Kirkland waterfront in a kind of a strip mall setting next to a theater. The parking can get a bit hard at night. The service was a bit slow after getting seated and didn?t get too much better. I had three lunches within two months. One of my biggest issues has always been getting my tea refilled since I like to get three or more refills. Rikki Rikki uses a small hot water-pot to fill the tea cup but trying to get more hot water was not an easy task. The restaurant i... read more
Good friendly service, especially with kids – Quality sushi at reasonable prices, Rikki Rikki has one of the best sushi chef on the eastside. Very good rolls and entrees. All the rolls are good, fresh sashimi and have to try the Hamachi Kama! This place is one of the most kids friendly Japanese rest around. They provide kid menu and let the parents enjoy their dinner night out. The owner is there every night greeting and thanking customers. Highly recommended.
Editorial Review by Citysearch Editors – Eastside sushi spot with a vast sake selection and varied menu.
Good Fresh Food – Not the most astounding menu but the service is great and the food is fresh and delicious! Waitstaff seems very friendly and willing to help.
great bar atmosphere!!! – I just got back from having dinner in the bar at Rikki Rikki and the food and service were excellent. The bartender helped us choose some really delicious appitizers (honey walnut shrimp!) , the drinks were stiff and the bartender was personable and funny. I can't agree with the review below, our sushi was fresh and the service was excellent!
take your business elsewhere! – alright sushi, the worst service! I have never felt more unwanted in a restaurant. the waitress in the bar might as well have pushed us out the door. i hope you missed your movie!
Microsoft Primecard Users Beware!!! – I have been going to Rikki Rikki for years and have enjoyed many fun meals. The food/sushi is very good although over the years, it has gotten quite expensive compared to other places. Recently, I went with a friend who works at Microsoft since his Microsoft Primecard indicated that if you buy one entree, you would receive an additional one for free and also indicated 20% on the sushi. Well, we ordered entrees and a few pieces of sushi as appetisers. When we got the bill, it only had a f... read more
only so-so – Disappointing sushi - small cuts, not the best quality. The cooked food is a little better. But I've had some big disappointments, like mushy edamame and stringy fish. Service is usually overwhelemed, though vey sweet. Fun place, too bad. But their sauces/dressings are yummy!
