I am such a huge fan of Dr. Green! She has helped me a lot and has been very patient and caring. I even told her once, she has great empathy for people. I tried on a pair of headphones for a walking tour on vacation, and thought they were broken because I couldn't hear them well. As soon as I got back, my primary Dr. referred me to Mt. Riki is very professional while also very friendly. I am very pleased with my hearing aides and her service.
Dr. Rikki Green has been very thorough from my first visit. She took the time to not only test my hearing but explained my hearing issues. She recommended what would be the best aids and tested my hearing with the aids to verify the settings. After having some difficulty with one of the hearing aids, she arranged with the manufacturer for not just a replacement but an upgrade to a pair of the latest generation of hearing aids. I would highly recommend Dr. Green and the group at Mt Hood ENT.
