I am very happy with my experiences with Rikki Hammel, I recently had two appts and though not the outcome I was hoping, she handled them with the utmost respect and is very easy to work with. I also would like to say both her assistants were very nice as well. I am unsure of the first visit nurses name but I do want to compliment Kayla Taddy on making me feel much more comfortable with my results and for being very informative and caring. Hats off to all, Rikki, (unknown nurse) and Kayla!
I feel she`s taking very good care of me. This is my 4th visit and she`s very thorough. I would recommend. This was the first time I had along wait.
I think Ricky is a very good doctor. I’m glad I got connected with her. One thing, I sat in the room waiting for 25 minutes with a half open robe. It got a little chilly, and it would’ve been nice if someone just pop their head in to say it’s going to be a little bit longer will be right with you. I would’ve preferred to sit out in the waiting room then to get called into my appointment and sit there waiting for someone to come in.
Rikki is very upbeat and personable.
Rikki does a great job and answers my questions in laymans terms. Glad to get her help.
