Dr Patel did a great job, I guess. Still dealing with swelling of knee and leg and a lot of pain 6 days out. Pt, OT helpful. At hospital the ice machine had no ice, i had to figure out what was wrong on my own. i lost that optimal time to reduce swelling , because my leg was not cold the first few hours after surgery. Also, it was wrapped with a lot of ace bandage and cotton batting. The cold could not penetrate to the knee when i got the ice. I am frustrated with the slow healing process.
Very happy with Dr. Patel, I had a hip replacement surgery and it couldn’t have gone better. I had no after surgery pain and was up walking with just a cane in a few days. Highly recommend Dr. Patel.
Very knowledgeable and precise in his explanation of issues with my painful knee. I trust him completely.
