The team got back with me in a timely manner. I was very pleased.
They were very professional. They tried every way they could to help us.
They told me to come by to check out a car we were interested in, and after I drove over an hour to see the car. Kept in contact with manager who said he was going to show me the car, but yet despite that he closed around 2 when their hours stated they stay open way past that and he had known I was coming to see it. Never got a response back or apology would not recommend

I wanted to extend an apology on behalf of our Auto Group, last thing we would want was to have you make it here with out no one being here. It was a miscommunication on our behalf. It was a holiday and we were playing it by ear no one had showed up so they ended up closing around 2:00 pm or so. We are truly sorry for that and would like to try to make it right inyour eyes. Please let us know how we can do that.
