Rike is amazing. We listed our home with him and bought a condo with him. Both went smoothly with no hiccups! He stays in touch through the year with events, discounts to local restaurants or venues, plus… he’s just a nice guy who can be trusted. He will not disappoint.
We have had a long term excellent relationship with Rike and his team. Recently he and Johnathan helped us find reasonable carpet and painters and an excellent stager to get an expensive home ready to sell. We got a fair price. Then he helped us buy a smaller home which was a competitive transaction. He also has shown us many homes over the years and was always patient, empathetic and generally a pleasure to work with. Rike and Taylor Palese are top of the line people who are also excellent Realtors. They have sold 3 properties for me and have consistently been responsive, knowledgeable, and demonstrated time and again their experience and willingness to help in all phases of the process.
