Josh is great! As a first time home Buyer (in my entire family) I was all new to everything. So as you know I was clueless to the whole home buying process. Josh was extremely patient and thorough with me. He explained everything and was there every step of the way. Even when he wasn’t around he was a text away and would always make sure all my questions and concerns was answered. Highly recommend doing business with him!
