Went here for the first time the other night with a group of friends. The greeter was a nice young lady but the server was terrible. He was rude and had no customer service skills. We were there for over 2 hours and he never really visited our table (only gave us 1 drink in that time). One of the burgers had no pimento on it when it was a pimento burger and they told the server. He says it's correct if it has cheese on it, never fixed it or cared. My burger was raw. I was offered new food, but with only two employees working it didn’t seem like a safe bet. Service was slow and our drinks were never refilled. But again only two employees were working. Bathrooms were disgusting. Will not be back.
