Not only is the food amazing, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, & seem to enjoy what the do. One of my favorites!
My fiancé and I received a gift card for Rigsby's Kitchen so we thought we would try it out on Christmas Eve. Our service and food was good. However, when we got home, we realized they charged us the whole meal and did not deduct the $75.00 gift card, which was shown on the receipt. On top of that my fiancé threw up his entire meal by midnight. He was not sick prior to the meal and felt better immediately after throwing up. It was clearly something he had eaten there. By request my guest and I unfortunately dined at Rigsbys Kitchen. Horrible menu, high prices, and very very mediocre food..not to mention poor valet parking. and to think one needs to pay for this experience. As it WAS a favorite restaurant of my guest, and had dined there many times, this performance by Rigsbys Kitchen failed miserably and was expensive. Save your money go someplace else.
A must in the city of Columbus. A favorite of our family.
