I took my two week puppy here last Tuesday because she was having constipation issues. She had been to another vet the previous Thursday, and had been diagnosed with aspirating pneumonia. We spoke with that vet about her constipation, And received antibiotics, medicine to keep her blood sugar at the proper level, and Laxatone. The Laxatone did nothing to help, and while we could get her to poop a little, we still ended up having to take her to the emergency vet Sunday because of the constipation. Dr. Luke Proctor is GREAT and should receive 5 stars, but Dr. Gonzales and most of the front office staff are AWFUL! Dr. Proctor is wonderful, caring, and cost effective. He treats me and my pets well. Dr. Gonzales is a liar. She lied about a mistake SHE made and blamed someone else. She seems like a new vet, and I think her care of my pet was incompetent. The front desk staff are so unorganized. If you walk in, with or without an appointment, you stand in front of them FOREVER to even be greeted or recognized. I have gone t... read more

Their full attention is always on me. Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Did this animal hospital use current and safe equipment? Yes Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud
They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I have never seen my pets so calm at the veterinarian before. They really seem to have such a gift with animals here. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for.
