They are the worst. The most unprofessional people I’ve ever dealt with. Full of misinformation and redirection to avoid accountability. Completely unprofessional. They created so much damage to my driveway when they delivered my items that I had to spend over $3000 to repair the damage. I haven’t gotten one cent from them for all of the damage to my moved items and they decline any responsibility whatsoever. Don’t bother wasting your time or money. They are absolutely dishonest.
Moving was harder than I thought, but Jose and Diego did fantastic. 10/10 service. Very impressed by these guys. - Responded promptly, - Great communication, - On time - Got everything done efficiently & Finished moving before 2pm Highly recommend.
Rigo’s Moving & Storage Inc did an excellent job. Their communication was excellent. They were professional and their price was good. I was skeptical dealing with Rigo’s for the first time. I was also using a POD for the first time. But not 1 piece of my furniture was damaged or scratched. It only took them 2hrs and I was amazed at how well they packed my POD. Not 1 piece of furniture moved out of place traveling from the west coast all the way to the east coast. Great job Rigo’s!!!
We had a great experience with this company. The delivery was really fast. Instead of being 2-3 weeks to transport our items from Los Angeles to Charlotte it was only 5 days. The only negative moment was that with our belongings arrived around 20 flies. That's why I only give them 4 stars. Highly recommend
Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with this company. I don’t usually write reviews but I had such a negative experience that I felt compelled to leave a review to warn others. First off, I was told they would give us a 24 hour window delivery notice. Instead they called at 9 am requesting to deliver at 5 pm. My parents drove through a storm to meet them since I lived out of state. The delivery driver was dishonest.
