I took my son to Miami childrens for a rash and an insect bite . We are from out of town and my son does great with his usual pediatrician who is a sweetheart and very good with toddlers . I’ve seen 3 doctors in Miami and all wanted my son to be held down to do examinations ( he is not use to that ) . As a result in the past weeks he has become very scared of doctors . Yesterday he was terrified . Dr. Núñez acknowledge him and treated him with kindness. My son calmed down and did great.
Fantastic Staff. I found the doctor to be incredibly knowledgeable in relation to the care of my children. The front desk staff/ Office manager facilitated my needs to be seen and was a delight on the found. The nurse was extremely helpful and took her time with my children. I thank Dr. Nunez and his staff for their assistance!!
I took my child to Miami Childrens and he was the provider. I told him that my child's daycare had an outbreak of ringworm and she had a very big ring on her forehead. He laughed at me saying I was exaggerating because that was only an allergy. I put the medicine he prescribed and the ring got bigger. I had to take her to the pediatrician and to a dermatologist and they said it was ringworm! I did not appreciate the sarcasm and not being professional. I do not recommend him.

This patient was seen in the urgent care and the caretaker was very upset because of the wait, beside her rudeness and lack of interest in the explanation. This patient had a dermatitis that was treated and a the fungal infection was not present at the time of exam. It developed later needing a dermatologist to provide her with the appropriate diagnose
