Billy helped me rent my home after I wasn’t able to sell it after it being listed for multiple months with no real offers. Within a day he had found multiple qualified tenants who wanted to rent. I felt that that was what I should have done all along, he made it seem so easy 🤣 Everything moved so efficiently, he communicated every step of the way, and the move-in day was stress-free for myself and I’m sure for the tenants. I definitely recommend him for homeowners looking to rent their home.
We've been working with Billy for almost a year now and we couldn't be more pleased. He has been an amazing property manager. We had a really hard time finding someone we could trust overseeing our home while being stationed outside of New Mexico, but he has made it such a breeze!! Our home is in great hands with him and so are our renters! We are so thankful to have Rigo Properties as our property manager. We highly recommend Billy!!

Billy has been an amazing property manager. I lived in a different state while I had to get this property managed through billy. Never had to worry about even a minute thing. Billy took care of property repairs and got work done with minimal expenses. Always gets work done on time and is very responsive when needed. Overall had a great experience working with Billy.
