Billy helped me rent my home after I wasn’t able to sell it after it being listed for multiple months with no real offers. Within a day he had found multiple qualified tenants who wanted to rent. I felt that that was what I should have done all along, he made it seem so easy 🤣 Everything moved so efficiently, he communicated every step of the way, and the move-in day was stress-free for myself and I’m sure for the tenants. I definitely recommend him for homeowners looking to rent their home.
