The inspectors were punctual, kept me informed about each step of the process, and quickly sent me their inspection report with treatment recommendations. Scheduling the treatment was simple and hassle-free. On the day of the appointment, Alec arrived early and explained the entire treatment process. He was very professional, and the work was completed promptly. Great job, Alec and the Rigo team!

Great job, Jordan! He arrived early and was friendly and professional. After advising me that Rigo typically does not wire plumbing stacks (since roof rats aren't common in my area) he did them anyway and also sealed off some spots he noticed where unwanted critters could find and make their way in. While up there he inspected previous work to ensure everything is still good. He took photos and showed them to me and then sent them to me. Now THAT's customer service! Thank you, Jordan.
