Daniel did an excellent job explaining what was going on and how the process worked to fix the issue. I love that they will come back if the issue persists and guarantee their work. He was personable and knowledgeable. I especially appreciated that he got the work done promptly since I had a long drive there and back. Never have I ever left a review on Google, but this service was excellent.
We’ve been using Rigo for the past three years. The service and communication are always great. When we first moved in, they took care of a ground squirrel issue for us and we have used them for quarterly inspections and treatment since. The best part is the peace of mind from the 3 month warranty that is in place after each servicing. We’ve never had to use it but it’s great to know it is there. We had an excellent experience with Rigo Pest control company. They were professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and very thorough throughout the entire process. Communication was clear from start to finish, and they took the time to explain everything and answer all of our questions. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer service truly stood out. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable and honest pest control services.
Duncan was stellar. He spent quite a bit of time talking with me about Rigo's process and understanding what we need at our home. After we talked, he treated our entire home as he'd described, and we're scheduled to implement a regular schedule. Very pleased with Duncan and the office team at Rigo.
Alec and his team were great! They did a termite treatment for us and we're extremely professional and thorough. The communication was also great.We will be changing our quarterly pest service to Rigos moving forward. I highly recommend Rigos!!
