Absolutely not. If you choose to list with these people, read every word of any contract they negotiate. If you don't protect yourself, they will cost you money with their lack of expertise and ability to compose concise statements. When it blows up, their efforts will be completely focused on CYA. They may bring you showings, list your property, smile and show real consideration, in the end you'll feel like you would If you'd dealt with the slimiest of vacuum cleaner salesmen.

They really took the time to listen to our needs to show us several properties that would've fit. Helped weigh pros and cons of each place to find us the perfect home under our price range even.
