When you are searching for a good contractor you obviously have 4 main priorities that are paramount. First, the company must have a good reputation. Second the person you deal with must be honest. Third the price must be fair for the work performed. Fourth and most importantly the job needs to be done correctly the first time. You really don't get those answers until the project is finished. A few months ago we had a roof leak. Jordan owner of Rigid Roofing came out the following day, on a Sunday and did a temporary fix. He then sent us Phillip who has been nothing but dedicated and provided us a great service during the entire process from start to finish. He treated our home as if it was his own with attention to detail. We are very pleased with our new roof. I highly recommend Rigid Roofing.
Did a great job. Great communication before, during, and after the job. Top notch service and work. Local family we are glad to give business and support!
Johnny did a great job of expelling the process and getting everything set up. Everything was completed as promised. Highly recommended.
We had an amazing experience working with Philip McKenna! I called during a really bad storm after we discovered a roof leak, and he was at our house within 30 minutes. He quickly assessed the situation, explained exactly what was going on, and had our roof tarped all within a couple of hours. The service was absolutely phenomenal. They repaired our roof shortly after, and the entire process was smooth and professional. I’m so thankful for this local company and highly recommend Philip McKenna and Rigid Roofing!
