We were experiencing regular leaking in a transition area between the roof and an upstairs deck. We brought in Rigid Roofing to consult on repair options. They felt it was best to replace the entire roof which cost around $20,000. They completed the work professionally and timely. This part of the service was excellent. After the first major rain since having the roof repaired the same transition area leaked. Very professional, prompt and excellent communication. We worked with Kevin and he was always available to answer questions - even on the weekends! We watched Rigid Roofing install a neighbors roof and were impressed. We asked them to inspect our roof. We had been dealing with another roofing company who inspected our roof twice and told us our roof was just old.
