Jordan was wonderful to work with. He went through everything with us, what to expect and was present the whole day. The clean up was fast and nothing was left behind.

We used Rigid Roofing to repair hail storm damage to our roof and gutters. Kevin from Rigid walked us through the process from start to finish. He acted on our behalf to show our insurer the damage. Once the insurer accepted the claim, Kevin worked with them and me to make sure that the job was done to specifications. Johnnie came out to our home, just a few hours after I made my first call to Rigid Roofing. He was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and prompt. He was able to get all the work done and make recommendations and offer solutions for us. After three failed attempts of getting a roofer out to my house with other companies, it was such a relief to have Johnnie great care of our roof!
