Does not stand behind their products and there is no commitment to quality with this company. Purchased a 20” Driving/flood combo on 12/25/2020 Half the light bar stopped working on 01/25/2021. Rigid told me to pay for shipping it in and they’ll “try and see what’s wrong with it”. Not even Walmart will charge you to send anything back to them, let alone a manufacturer’s defect. Expensive lights with horrible customer service & warranty - If no issues then you will be ok but if you have issues you won't be happy - Have only had the lights for two years and have already sent 2 sets back because they were defective - 1st time Rigid had my lights for 3 months before I got them back - This time Rigid still has my lights after 2 1/2 months - Please keep in mind when you have an issue you have to take the lights off and ship them back to Rigid - They flat out lie to you about what's going on - One person ... read more
