DO NOT USE! Poor work, difficult to coordinate with, and over-priced. They were contracted to pressure wash the exterior and did not even remove wasp nests in eaves. By the way, ignore the 5-star rating, as it is written by the owner/operator, Chris Midili.
I worked in the building he was “cleaning” and he showed up at 7:30am when he was clearly told to show up only after 5pm or on the weekends and I ended up getting migraines and problems breathing from his chemicals. If you are a property manager PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!
Was supposed to come after 5 or on the weekend. Showed up at 8 and when asked to stop was belligerent. Don't use them.
Rightway is the only company that cleans to manufactures specs and backs up your roof warranty. Seriously read your roof warranty paperwork and you will see all the specs on roof cleaning. For instance warranty book says no more than 1200 psi and no more than 10 percent chlorine mix. And it goes on and on. Highly recommended. Highly recommended.
