As others below have stated that this was the plumber “assigned” to me by my home warranty “American Home Shield”. The plumber they sent out lied about the leak being caused by corrosion specifically so they could go around my home warranty to have me pay out of pocket. If they get paid via the home warranty they have a set amount to get paid. If I pay out of pocket they can not only charge more but don’t have to give the warranty company their cut. Diagnosed and replaced my broken disposal in less than 30 minutes with a Moen unit. Very happy with everything. Arrived spot on time. A app link is sent to show where he is. Est. Time of arrival was10:21. He arrived exactly at 10:21!!!.

We had to use this company as part of our home warranty. The replacement of the water heater went smoothly. They had installed a mixer valve which I understand. The temp of the water has never been hot enough. When I called them directly within 60 days I was told that I needed to call the home warranty place and spend another $100 on something that should have been taken care of as a courtesy. I’m a landlord, the plumber was rude to the tenant when they came. Told her the sink downs stairs was not on the work order when I verified with Cheryl it was. Told her he couldn’t complete the repair, and left with an active leak. Never called me. I called there office at 3pm on a Friday. No one answering.
