Had a water heating leaking, called these guys and they came out the same day and fixed it. Very professional and quick service. Would highly recommend!

The Rightway Plumbing technicians are the most racist, incompetence, and unprofessional people I never seen in my life. They came to my house for repair, and before they do anything they asked for payment. I proposed to pay them by credit card or check for my protection, they refused and preferred to be paid by cash. Luckily, I had some cash in hand and decided to pay them. After receiving my money the technician walks outside for 30 minutes conversation with his team and the insurance company. Absolutely the worst job ever! After discussing the unconscionably high bill with the office manager and explaining to her that the main problem was never fixed, she explained that they were not good at troubleshooting. WHAT? If I knew what the problem was I would not have called what I thought was a plumbing business. The technician also had to use MY tools? Rightway Plumbing is the Wrongway Plumbing! I only gave 1 star because it wouldn't let me leave no stars.
Description Of Work: Replaced Moen valve cartridge in garden tub. Inspected leaking toilet and hot water heater and advised on both while visiting our residence. The crew had a busy day, but the staff kept me updated all day on their progress and when to likely expect the plumber. I didn't feel at all inconvenienced because of the amount of communication I received. The plumber was both professional and knowledgeable. Rightway Plumbing has been the only plumber we've called since moving to Charlotte. Recently, we had an appointment to have our kitchen faucet replaced. After it started leaking unexpectedly, they were able to squeeze us in a couple of days early. John even stayed until 9:30 p.m., to make sure the job was complete. I had a great experience with the whole team at Rightway Plumbing. John came out, looked at my leaking hot water heater, gave me my options & then I made a decision to go with a tankless water heater. He provided me a turnkey job, including the service package. Rightway Plumbing will be our first choice each time we are in need of a Plumber! We called John on a Friday night at 6pm in August. We had reported the leak to the Water department in Charlotte 8 days before and daily calls with no response. I searched for a plumber on the internet and called Rightway Plumbing and spoke to John.
