Description Of Work: Replaced Moen valve cartridge in garden tub. Inspected leaking toilet and hot water heater and advised on both while visiting our residence. The crew had a busy day, but the staff kept me updated all day on their progress and when to likely expect the plumber. I didn't feel at all inconvenienced because of the amount of communication I received. The plumber was both professional and knowledgeable. Rightway Plumbing has been the only plumber we've called since moving to Charlotte. Recently, we had an appointment to have our kitchen faucet replaced. After it started leaking unexpectedly, they were able to squeeze us in a couple of days early. John even stayed until 9:30 p.m., to make sure the job was complete. Rightway Plumbing will be our first choice each time we are in need of a Plumber! We called John on a Friday night at 6pm in August. We had reported the leak to the Water department in Charlotte 8 days before and daily calls with no response. I searched for a plumber on the internet and called Rightway Plumbing and spoke to John. Rightway was a breath of fresh air ! – I had several issues , Both Plumbing and a Gas leak . Both after Hrs . I called and from start to finish the service was great Scheduling someone to come out was smooth I didn't have to wait until the next Morning . John came out and fixed everything The Price was right on point and worth every penny because the service and attention to detail was amazing ! Righway is the Rightway – I had been shopping around for the right water heater, with so many types of products out there how do you choose. John came out and explained in detail my options, and on top of that advised me which one to get that was not the highest priced one. He installed the right one for me not him. Thanks John.

Great weekend service!! Super nice guys!! – On April 11, a pipe burst under our home. It was a big leak in a pipe and we called Rightway Plumbing on Saturday... two very kind gentleman showed up the same day and had our nightmare fixed in an expedient manner and with much diligence. We were so thankful as it was easter weekend and our son was in town from the naval academy. Because of your staff, our easter was great and we could still spend it with our son in our home. Thanks so much!!!

Quality work – We decided we needed a new water tank and spoke to several plumbers about makes and models and prices. John was very knowledgeable about his products and we decided to go with the Rinnai tankless. We never even new they were there installing it. They were clean and qucik.

Best plumber in Charlotte!! – No complaints here! They were on time, which is HUGE for me! The office stayed in touch with me and the technician was very professional and detailed. They looked very professional from the truck to the uniform to the flat rate pricing he showed me. He even put on shoe covers when he needed to step on my carpet. Great job!!
