Dale was amazing and professional. He has a high attention to detail and is technical. Took lots of photos and supplied us quickly with a very detailed report of findings that included detailed explanations and recommendations for fixes or follow ups. If youre looking for an honest, unbiased, technical home inspector he is the guy.
This inspector was suggested along with one other from our realtor. Given 50/50 chance I chose wrong one. I will just say that he couldn’t have ever went on roof because if he had he would’ve noticed that the chimney was not finished correctly. Not only is he expensive he cost us nearly 1700.00 fixing what he missed. He has many good reviews but he did a terrible job for us.
Your inspection report was extremely thorough. We were able to get a good price reduction based on your findings. Overall you provided a fantastic educational experience and put my mind at ease. Thank you Dale, it was a pleasure to meet you.
