This company is not in compliance I had the DON role. Gave aot of recommendations and was not listened to. Told employees could pay for own tb testing and CPR poor communication. Looking for DON to take the heat from survey and blame . Poor ethics and unwilling to learn statues. Run far away from this company they will compromise your license
I was hired for a position that I never once did and was tossed into a spot where I wasn't given any of their trainings on. I wasn't provided the proper equipment to complete my job. I was expected to buy my own laptop, use my own personal phone, buy my own supplies I even bought my own desk. When I requested for trainings or to sit with other managers I was denied. Please don't work at this company I was hired as a house supervisor they told me to wait for three weeks before the new house can open I waited for four weeks miss a lot of opportunities because I didn't want to let the company down. During the four weeks period of waiting they call me for training at the mean office the last day of the training which was medication training I noticed they have given my position to another person without letting me know, I still didn't say anything.
