I have used this company before so decided to call them directly instead of waiting on my home warranty. They came out THAT NIGHT, 8:20 PM ON A FRIDAY!!! Figured out what was wrong and advised new parts or I get a new unit. If you look at my past post, it was SO OLD I’m surprised it made it this long. I went with a new unit, and Monday late afternoon I decided that I wanted a new unit and we schedule for Wednesday installation. So fast! It’s only been a little over an hour and I am already at 77 degrees and it was 85

Worst customer service ever. They cut the conversation in middle. It's hard to understand them incomplete conversation.
They were in and out in a half hour, fixed my AC right then and there. Thanks guys!
