I come back to Rightway as I got my current car from them...was easy last time. This time...they set up a appointment at 2pm. Didn't get to me for 45mins. Which would of been okay but they was not done with the people before me. Finally get to me a hour later...seems kinda rushed as to they close at 6pm. They took my information..went back and got apparently only one Bank to take my application. The Bank that finances my current car. They told me that they require me to pay off my car before they would help me again.$7k. Wit... read more
Worst management ever. Told me nothing here under 10k so I can't afford it. Lol not paying 600 month pn a small car. Misleading on their commercials I went 3 times. Lied to 3 times too

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with everyone who worked with me in getting into a new car quickly. Jo Bush was the salesman, and was such a laid back guy, he put me at ease from the get go. The entire staff were so welcoming that all my anxiety about purchasing a car was quickly gone. I'm driving the car that is perfect for me and my lifestyle!!
This place is absolutely amazing! Robert defoy has to be one of the sales people I've ever had the opportunity of doing business with. I'll definitely be coming back
