Would be nice if they told you their service center is in Raytown and it is the only place you can get your car fixed. Had a tire losing air from the day after we got it, found it was repaired with a plug so the place they had us take it would not do anything else to it. We live in Gladstone and they said we had to take it to Raytown to have the tire taken care of. Had a gas cap issue which I took care of myself insted of having to drive to Raytown. Bad experience seemed rushed had over 5k on monthly income and over 1500 down was told no issues but ultimately walked out without a car as well how are you going to charge 22998 for an equinoth that has obviously been rear-ended and poorly fixed with orange peal on the paint and missing emblems definant ncrap inventory as well
Real review from a real person. Don’t be like me and be anxious to buy a car and just sign anything. Jack gave me the impression that he was there to help me in my car buying process. After sitting down and looking at my contract itself it was obvious Jack helped himself. After looking over the contract I was charged the same price as I would have paid for a brand new version of my vehicle. This is a used car with body damage and 100k miles.
