SHAWNAY from the waldorf office was one of the most helpful, understanding, and professional people I have ever dealt with especially considering I had no idea what I was doing. Great customer service and all around fantastic person. Thanks again. Very grateful!
This review has nothing to do with the actual staff that works in this office but the people that make the appointment when calling the given 800 number. They are incompetent. This place has been a pediatric Righttime for a year (according to the staff) yet they still scheduled me an appointment. The people that work there say it happens all the time. Totally and utterly ridiculous. Don’t waste your time.
I had one great experience, and then it all went downhill from there. I am a miliary professional, and came here to get Covid testing done. I was told I would be getting the mouth swab (which is the very reason I came here In the first place), but for some reason at the very last minute that all changed and I was given nasal testing. The practitioner was not gently and it hurt badly, considering the fact that I had a test administered by military nurses months prior.
