I was very pleases with my service today at Medstar Urgent care 9in Waldorf. The staff there were professional, kind and friendly. I started with Paris, who left the best impression those who entered. She directed each of us through the protocol with grace. Nurse Diamond Continued the excellent care through her easy going demeanor and humor. Dr. Green came through to wrap things up in high fashion. Though there was a little lag time in service, the staff made it up with their high standard of care. Thank you guys!

this place is a well oiled machine! Paris was so sweet - very on top of directing everyone coming in - covid protocols and gave very clear instructions. Brittany the nurse was a total sweetheart and put my son's anxiety at ease. she took the time to chat with him and help him not focus on his visit. Dr Jessica was very informative - answered all of my questions and was very personable with my son. great team! this will be my "go-to" place if i ever need urgent care again for my kids.

Paris was extremely nice and very helpful with explaining everything to my husband and I. Shawnay was extremely nice and happy to help us as well. She explained everything she was doing step by step. I can tell both ladles really enjoy their jobs. Overall great experience.

I had a wonderful experience. I was greeted warmly and professionally. Paris was very informative as well as cheerful. She answered all of my questions and service was fast and efficient.

I must say that the Righttime Urgent Care staff is phenomenal! From the time that I entered the facility I was treated with respect and dignity. Paris was friendly and very professional. Danielle was thorough in her care for me and I cannot express how thankful I am to have been treated at this facility.
