Customer service is excellent.
I was feeling very bad and this urgent care was the closest and within my medical network. When I walked in I was warmly welcome by the gentleman at the front desk. He also helped me the online registration because it was a bit lengthy(as all of them are). I didn’t wait long before I got called to get some vitals done and a fee simply test (swabbed for COVID, strep and flu etc).
