Professional and thorough staff.
Everyone is super lovely, wait time was good. Special mention to Warren who made the check in process a warm and welcoming experience. What I really judge an urgent care on is how well they do a nasal swab for respiratory illness. I've had to perform hundreds myself and I know how deep it should go to be thorough. Just swabbing the lower half of the nostrils is not going to be accurate in terms of viral load. I understand not wanting to let me do it myself but proper swabbing is necessary for proper PCR results.
The nurses and DR were quick to see my brother in law. They were very patient and did all they could do with him.
