I resisted going to the MedStar Urgent Care at Catonsville because of the very unpleasant experience I suffered during a visit there last year. However, I was in tremendous pain and my regular doctor's office was not helpful so I decided to give this location another try. This visit was wonderful! The most unprofessional staff at front desk. She acted as if she was there to do me a favor in terms of helping me check in. I approached the desk fir help the first time indicating that I was done; only to be informed that the there was another section in which I believed she had helped me to co.pltete. after having sat for approximately another 1/2 ,,hour she asked me if I was okay. No wait time. They saw me right when I got there for my appointment. Friendly staff. Very clean. Warm office on a cold winter day. They took care of my son in a caring professional manner. Doris was great! Very informative and helpful and caring to my son’s needs. Highly recommend. Just wish they could be open later into the night, say 10pm or midnight.
