Called on Sunday, New water heater on Monday morning. Good price, great looking job. Vary professional job.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They say free estimates but charge $75 just to come to house. Manager/owner very rude and inconsiderate.

This company did a very poor job. Everything they replaced will now have to be replaced again by another company. They did not fix what was broken, they replaced faucets in both bathrooms with junk. I stated “I do not want chrome’. What did they install... chrome. They insisted I had to use there parts and when I didn’t want the downstairs faucet replaced they said it would cost $300 more. Prompt service. Jacob came and diagnosed that the Honeywell Gas Control Valve on my 2012 AO Smith Hot water heater was bad, causing the pilot light not to stay lit. He diagnosed this in less than 10 minutes and determined that this part was covered under warranty. This was on a Friday afternoon. He worked with the manufacturer to get a new Gas Control Valve part shipped via express UPS next day air.
