It was a pleasure to work with Logan for my garage door repairs. He was knowledgeable, professional, and respectable. He was able to come out the next day after I called and fixed my issues quickly. I also was very happy to call and get someone on the phone right away, something that is rare these days. I would absolutely call them back for any other repairs that are needed.

I’m usually pretty good at fixing things, so after the opener bracket was torn from our garage door I thought I would fix it. My first attempt didn’t hold and made things worse. Rather than making things worse yet with another one of my repairs I contacted a company that I had heard on local radio. I sent them photos and scheduled a date, they never showed and stopped responding to my messages. OK so I'm sitting here after the installation and am just blown away. The entire process was so professional, from the inspection, to the quoting, the waiting and the installation. I should start with the fact we got robbed by another company so I went into this process super vigilant. Joe set my mind at ease from the beginning. I needed a new garage door and complete replacement of the opener and all inner components. We are generally very pleased with the whole process through Home Depot & Rightly Garage Door installation. It was quite a long time from purchase to completion. The Rightly crew seemed a little rushed near the end of the installation (3:00 PM). We asked Joe to visit soon to inspect for some possible changes / repairs to the new trim. Follow-up may raise score to 5 stars.
