We had a great experience renting so far. Plan to renew lease or move into another one of Hectors properties.
They refuse to refund my deposit after vacating 45 days ago, STAY AWAY from this "company."
If I could give zero stars, I would. Initially, Hector was incredibly responsive and helpful, which gave us the impression that we were dealing with a professional management company. However, everything changed once we signed the lease. When we received our keys and first saw our apartment, we were shocked by the condition. Introduced my family and talked on phone to Hector! Filled out an application a week later we were approved and getting ready to move into our beautiful home! He mentioned he can get very busy but not to worry cuz he will return calls and he was/is 100 professional! Answered all our questions Thank you
