I am a tenant, and my experience with RightKeys Realty has been extremely frustrating. I submitted a maintenance ticket through their online portal because our dishwasher is not working. Shortly after, I received an automated email saying the ticket was “completed” even though no repair person ever contacted me and no work was done. They list a phone number on their website, emails, and portal, so naturally I called it. Terrible experience renting under this management. I went through a terrible mold issue and took months of me calling and texting hector before it even got fixed. I finally moved out and they ignored my texts, calls and emails about the deposit. Hector and even the owner, Sathish never communicated why my deposit was not returned. Do not rent!!
