Called me last minute of our appointment window saying they’re short handed and have to reschedule to the next day. Said they will schedule me the first one at 8am no one showed up. Trash company don’t waste your time!
Great if they ever show up. Scheduled to inspect and maintain our HVAC system between 8—12 today. Instead of sending an HVAC guy on time, two plumbers showed up at 3:30PM. Work day totally wasted for everyone. OMG! This is not the first time communication and scheduling at this outfit has gone off the rails. In fact, I would say, on no occasion whatsoever has any worker ever showed up within the very liberal four-hour window. Why do we continue with them? Clogged toilet, was told someone would be he between 12 and 4 and they would call 45 minutes before they get here. I called them at 3:20 for an update and was told they would call back with one. At 4:30 I called again for an update and was told they were short handed and couldn't make itl. The soonest they could get to it was 12 days. I have one bathroom, would have been nice to know this before 4:30 on a Friday. Zero stars
You guys are the very best. you fixed my AC in a time of need. Brayan was great he stuck around ensuring i was taken care of and my ac was restored. Even as late as it was he managed to identify and repair my unit. Thank you Very Much for the Service
Home Depot recently installed a new air conditioning system. They are using a company called "Right time". They installed a very high-end thermostat but it's very finicky and has a mind of its own. The technician just left my home. It is absolutely awesome! Best customer experience I've had in my home. His name is Bryan! I hope they realize what a terrific employee they have! Michael
