Don't waste your time with these guys. Called to get a car in a not at fault accident, was told it was a 30 min call for them to gather the necessary information. I was at work so was not able to take this much time on the phone. I was told to fill out all the information online instead which I did. I then received a call back again asking for more information. I informed them I was at work and asked if they could call back later. I was thoroughly impressed with my experience at Right2Drive. Communication throughout the process was clear and efficient, and both drop off were precisely on schedule. The delivery representative, was exceptionally friendly and made everything feel easy and welcoming. I would not hesitate to use this company again.
According to what your business is, this driver is apparently “not at fault” for the accident that landed them in one of your vehicles but almost caused a 3 car accident driving recklessly. This driver dangerously and very suddenly tried to merge into my lane and I had to veer off the road and slam the breaks just to avoid being hit. Please do not loan cars to people that are dangers on the road.
I had a great experience with Right2Drive. Excellent communication, on time drop off and pick up. The delivery guy George was super friendly. My replacement vehicle was brand new...I didn't want to give it back. I would not hesitate to use this company again.
Submitted an online form on monday to start the process to get a car under insurace for a not at fault accident. Spent time filling out the online form, with all the details required. Got a call not long after to confirm it all and was told 24 hours we would have a car delivered to us, even offered to pick it up if it was faster. Had 2 calls today (thursday) for the details of the at fault driver, even though they were provided monday and to get who their insured with.
