Wonderful service, arrived promptly and did a great job. Would use Right-Way again if needed.
I've worked with them for several years and they have the utmost integrity and highest quality of work in their field. If something goes wrong, they take responsibility and make things right. At this time, they are overwhelmed with work because they are in high demand. So don't be surprised if they aren't able to call you back right away. ...and NO, I'm not being paid to type up this review. It's really how I feel about them.
I spoke to the appointment maker...she took all my info about my rental property and tenant and said they will schedule. It's been 3 weeks and nothing. Why do you tell people you will schedule and then do nothing? Not good. Unacceptable. Good thing there are other plumbers in Eugene.
Called several times needing a backflow test. Never received a call back. After repeated calls to the company, nobody returned my call. So now it's February and I need a backflow test because my water is fixing to get shut off. Thanks, Right Way!
